How does the free version of FleetMax work?

The free version of FleetMax is available without any commitment. Compared to the paid versions, it only has some limitations in terms of features and the number of cars and drivers that each company can register and does not include GPS location.
You don't need to associate any credit or debit card to create a free account and you have guaranteed access to customer support.

Can I change the vehicle tracking device?

Yes. You just have to remove it from the old vehicle and install it in the new vehicle, and configure the new vehicle in Fleetmax.

Can I change the type of plan I signed up to?

Yes. If you wish to upgrade your account before ending your previous subscription, you can contact support and request a personalized upgrade.

Which payment methods are accepted to use FleetMax?

Payment methods accepted for using FleetMax are payment by debit or credit card, ATM reference, mbway. With a 12-month or 24-month subscription, you can pay monthly by direct debit.
