Does FleetMax offer technical support? How does it work?
Yes. FleetMax includes technical support by phone and email on working days from 9am to 6pm, with direct contact to the account manager assigned to each client — no chatbots, no middlemen. We favour close, personal support, so every company always speaks to someone who knows their situation.
FleetMax is designed to be intuitive, with a short learning curve, so most teams get started without any training. Even so, we offer an onboarding service covering training and help with the initial setup of the whole platform, which clients can request whenever they wish.
Is there a minimum number of vehicles to use FleetMax?
No. FleetMax has no minimum vehicle requirement and adapts to fleets of any size. That said, it is from around 10 vehicles or machines that most companies get the most out of the platform, because the volume of expenses, maintenance and documents to handle makes centralisation and automation particularly worthwhile.
Whatever the current size of your fleet, FleetMax grows with the company — there is no need to switch solutions as you add new assets.
